James Wojcik, Principal
Mr. Wojcik's technical and financial expertise in building planning, design and construction have established him as an industry leader. His extensive experience has helped him develop an in-depth understanding of the critical balance between the client's community and the project team. He is responsible for the firm's successful leadership, growth and development and is also responsible for all OSHA certifications of the Park East Construction Corp. staff. His professional affiliations include the Associated General Contractors of America, and the General Building Contractors of New York State, Inc.
John Pensabene, CPA, Controller
Mr. Pensabene serves as a controller for Park East Construction Corp. and brings a tremendous amount of business and financial knowledge to the organization both as principal and chief financial officer. As a licensed Certified Public Account, Mr. Pensabene has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Frank A. Messano, AIA, Vice President / Senior Project Manager
Mr. Messano, a licensed Architect in the State of New York, has nearly 30 years of experience in Architecture, Construction and Construction Management. During the past nine years at PEC, Frank has utilized his outstanding coordination skills, pre-construction and project management techniques to successfully direct the project teams in completing well over $ 400 million dollars of K-12 Schools and Library facilities. As an Architect, Frank was a Senior Associate at The Spector Group Architects for 16 years, where he worked on diverse and complex building types from corporate, institutional, master planning, public and private schools and libraries. He is a member and former Board of Director of the American Institute of Architects - Long Island Chapter and the New York State Association of Architects.
