General Contracting
Park East Construction Corp. is not averse to taking risks. We have and will continue to offer traditional General Contracting Services where we will build a project based on the Design-Bid-Build approach. In this role, Park East Construction Corp. assumes full responsibility for choosing construction methods. We will coordinate and oversee the work, maintaining communication with the owner to solve any problems. Projects can be completed in a variety of ways, including negotiated cost and cost plus.
Our experience and history with literally dozens of subcontractors in the New York Metropolitan area allows us to provide all trades required for a general construction project at very competitive rates.
