Syosset school district residents approved a $13,000,000 library expansion and renovation bond issue in June, 2003. I sought the services of Park East Construction shortly after the project had been publicly bid for a second time.
In July, 2005, Park East Construction brought their experience, expertise, honesty, and energy to Syosset, and literally saved the project.
Park East Construction coordinated and supervised the addition of two floors and a theater, creating the largest library building in Nassau County. Project Superintendent
Gary Gonzalez was onsite six days a week, and on call twenty-four hours a day. Park East Construction made sure that the four prime contractors stayed on schedule and maintained high standards of workmanship.
Throughout the project, when problems arose, Park East Construction Corp. provided solutions and kept the work progressing. I cannot thank all of you enough for your capable and steadfast assistance under some very difficult circumstances.

The Baldwin Union Free School District has utilized the services of Park East Construction Management Company to coordinate and supervise a $8,7000,000 middle school building addition and renovation project.
Park East was hired based on the construction knowledge, expertise, and references they provided to our Board and Administration.
For a while it was scary because we had so many areas of the building under construction at one time. The building was actually ripped apart. This is my first time through this, but we have an experience Construction Manager and an experienced Architect, which helped.
The coordination between the Construction Manager, the General Contractor and the Kings Park High School staff has been outstanding and that has allowed the projects to progress with minor interference with the daily routine at the high school. You can’t dormer your house without being slightly inconvenienced, but this project has caused minimal interruption or distraction to the educational process, which has been my main concern.
I always feel whenever I deal with any one of you that I am the only client with whom you are involved despite the fact that it is obvious that you are a successful and thriving firm with many clients.
