John Lafond

With over thirty years of Operations and Technology experience within the financial services industry, Mr. Lafond brings a tremendous set of skills and experiences, especially large-scale Project Management experience, to the Park East Construction team. He is a proven leader with a track record of working with diverse groups by bringing out strengths while improving processes and technology.

In 2014, after 34 years on Wall Street, John stepped away from the international stage and formed a private company to bring his transformational skills and experience to small and mid-size companies. Park East, initially a client, John, accepted the opportunity to join and help increase the excellence that Park East has demonstrated since its founding in 1989.

Working with Park East since 2016, John has helped transform the People, Process, and Technology of the company in partnership with the management team resulting in a lean and effective set of tools and processes that helps the company delivery repeatable successful projects.
