Project Executive
Raised on jobsites from the time he was a toddler, Tyler J. Wojcik developed an early appreciation for construction under the mentorship of his father, James Wojcik. That early exposure instilled the discipline, detail, and mindset that continue to guide his career today. He formally joined Park East Construction in 2005, gaining his first commercial jobsite experience and building the foundation for two decades of leadership. Since graduating from Loyola University, Tyler has worked across the company, developing the broad expertise that shapes his leadership today.
As Vice President of Park East Construction, Tyler drives strategy, operational improvement, and innovation—keeping the company at the forefront of the industry while ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and quality.
As Project Executive, he stays closely involved in the field, overseeing major developments and working directly with ownership groups and design teams. His focus has been on large-scale commercial construction, with a particular concentration on the self-storage market over the past decade.
Tyler has helped refine how facilities are designed and built—setting the new gold standard with new clients, building trust, raising the bar across the industry, and driving excellence on every project. Alongside his work with clients, Tyler is dedicated to developing his team and strengthening the culture of discipline and excellence that shaped his career.
