For over ten years, Mr. Mills has extensive experience estimating projects across the Educational, Retail, Public Utility, and Commercial sectors. Steph prides himself on comprehending and conveying the multiple scopes of works to the bidding trades, resulting in better bidding. Additionally, Steph utilizes technology to aid in the work effort and has experience with OnScreen Take-off, ProEst, and PipelineSuite; the latter two are cornerstones at Park East Construction. Steph’s ability to meet aggressive deadlines, managing fluctuating material and labor costs while always focusing on producing thorough, cost conscience budgets/proposals for clients has shown him to be a highly valued member of our team.
