New out-of-the-ground 9,100 SF fire station with three apparatus bays. The project included the build of the new substation, an added traffic signal and the conversion of the existing substation to storage. In addition to all the new utilities to the new substation, septic and storm pools were added to the existing substation. The interior of the new substation consists of the main meeting room with a full commercial kitchen, an officer’s room, a dormitory style room for overnight accommodations, and a gym on the mezzanine.
