The Brookhaven Logistics project successfully delivered three state-of-the-art warehouses totaling 550,000 square feet on an 81-acre site in the Long Island pine barrens. The three warehouses with a 120 loading docks each with a leveler, along with 10 full size loading bays with drive in access. The site has over 1,000,000 SF of paving and has 1,375 parking spaces, 45 EV charging stalls, over 140 catch basins, along with a 77,000 cubic yard recharge basin. Each building has a clear height of 36 feet. The open design easily supports the configuration needs of future tenants.
