The Cutchogue Fire District project consists of the ground-up construction of a 21,500 SF, two-story fire station.

  • The facility includes six apparatus bays (including drive-through bays)
  • EMS and support spaces on the first floor
  • Offices, member areas, and a community gathering hall on the second floor.
  • Construction began in early 2024, with structural, masonry, and MEP systems progressing through 2025.
  • The project was completed in early 2026
