Replacing a 93-year-old elementary school that was closed in 2004, with a new three-story 76,000 Sq FT. out of the ground Pre-K through 5th-grade school on a 1.39-acre site. The building funded by a $46.8m bond will house Pre-K, special ed along with grades 1-5 and includes a Cafeteria and Gymnatorium for ~700 students. The demolition was completed in mid-2019, with the site work started in the fall. Occupancy is expected in time for classes to start in 2021.
