Complete renovation of the early 1900s Northville schoolhouse for use as the High School for the Riverhead Charter School. Renovations included the replacement of walls, floors, windows, ceilings, and all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and technology. Exterior improvements included new siding, roofing, ADA access, drainage, and parking lot grading.
