• The completed structure is 95,000 square feet, spans five floors in total, with two levels below grade and three above.

• In total, our team logged over 52,000 construction hours, a testament to the scale, complexity, and dedication this project required.

• The finished facility reflects Nantucket’s architectural character, clad in natural cedar, crowned with standing seam metal roofing, and designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding community. Nothing about this building announces itself as a self-storage facility, and that was entirely intentional.
