• The completed structure is 95,000 square feet, spans five floors in total, with two levels below grade and three above, containing 654 units.

• Uniquely, the property also includes two Duplex residential units.

• In total, the team logged over 52,000 construction hours, a testament to the scale, complexity, and dedication this project required.
